The interview of the week with Posea Adela, the director of the travel agency PASSPARTOUT

1.infotravelromania.ro: Tell me something about PASSPERTOUT.
P.A.: The travel agency PASSPARTOUT began the activity in 1998 providing internal and external tourism programs, but also making reservations for fly tickets in our own system of reservations. Through the years we managed to select and attract our own clients and to enter new markets with our programs. In Medias, our agency is the only authorized partner of the biggest tour operator from Transilvania: Eximtour S. A.

2.infotravelromania.ro: We found out that you opened in your agency a center of touristic information. What services offer this center of information and how do you manage to sustain it financially?
P.A.: The services offered by our future center of touristic information are consulting and of course touristic information. Because we are a touristic agency, we have already an important documentation about tourism in the area of Medias, history and culture, and a data base with the facilities from the city. The data base is strong enough to manage any request.

3.infotravelromania.ro: What is your offer and which are the external destinations most requested by Romanian tourists now?
P.A.: Our offer is variated, so we can satisfy the request: tickets for treatment in all the resorts of the country, holidays in the country and abroad, reservations for the plain tickets, reservations to the best hotels here and abroad, special touristic programs requested by clients, guide services and interpreting, agrotouristic pensions, social programs, teambuilding. Lately we specialized in thematic programs for firms (teambuilding, events, conferences) and it took effect. Also we do a lot of not average activities such as surviving camps, outdoor activities, face painting.

4.infotravelromania.ro: What is your offer for the New Year?
P.A.: Our offer for the 2005 New Year is for the large public, with low prices, and the destinations are variated, from agrotouristic places to the most exotic places from around the world.

5.infotravelromania.ro: Do you advice tourists to make ahead their reservations for such a trip?
P.A. We always advice both potentials and effective clients to think and choose ahead a destination, because they can have the surprise not finding tickets, especially during the holidays (Christmas, New Year).

6.infotravelromania.ro: Why is the best thing that the tourist to go to an agency?
P.A. The tourist can go to an agency to obtain much information about some destinations. Also, he will be certain that the destination exists and the agency can reserve a ticket ahead. In the same time the agency can advice tourists in peeking the best offers.

7.infotravelromania.ro: What is your opinion about the tourism portal www.infotravelromania.ro?
P.A. This portal has all the useful information in the domain, and I am glad to see that you promote romanian tourism and this is a good thing.
