The interview of the week with Andreea Plugaru - the director of the travel agency ARROW BUSINESS TRAVEL

1.infotravelromania.ro: Please, tell us a few words about ARROW BUSINESS TRAVEL.
A.P.: The travel agency ARROW BUSINESS TRAVEL is a new agency on the Romanian tourism market, since 2002. We are specialized on business tourism and on incoming, but we can solve all our clients’ requests.
By mixing the experience and the professionalism with a free mind, ARROW BUSINESS TRAVEL manage to please successfully all the clients. Any request – flying tickets, hotels, trips or other tourism services - we can solve them in no time, with high quality and with a real and reasonable price. Understanding the details and the conditions of the tourism market and our clients needs, we succeeded to offer many services and we try to improve them every day. We have modern modalities to approach the client’s requests and those modalities permits us to find quality solutions for any problem or request.
We are a trusting partner for the touristic activity, for the state institutions, the firms and private companies and also for average people. In our activity the respect and consideration to all our clients are very important and we assure you that in the future we will make everything possible to increase our level for the services we are providing.

2.infotravelromania.ro: Which were the most wanted destinations this year?
A.P. The most wanted destinations this summer were on the Black Sea beach, followed by Greece, Spain and Turkey. The difference was that there were not so many requests for Turkey as in the last year, because of the visas asked to borders and we had an increasing request for Dubai and Egypt, the most wanted destination this year.

3.infotravelromania.ro: The Romanian tourists did they preferred the Romanian sea sight?
A.P.: Yes. Unlike other years, this year the sea sight from Romania began to sell since April. This is a good thing and that’s why we think that in the next future many Romanian people will plan their vacation ahead. The most wanted resort was Mamaia, because this resort was at the requested standards. We hope that next year to begin the investments on the south part of littoral, and in the nearest future to be proud of our sea sight, competitive with the one of Turkey or Greece.

4.infotravelromania.ro: There is any difference between this year season and the year before?
A.P.: There are o lot of differences between last year and this one. The number of tourists increases very much, as I said before, and the sea sight of Romania was much requested, beginning with April. Than we have seen that a part of our clients want to spent their holiday in exotic destinations, which are the most requested.

5.infotravelromania.ro: What is your special offer in this moment and what do you prepare for the autumn?
A.P.: In this moment we have a special offer for the Romanian litoral in Pajura hotel from Venus, where for a journey of 7 nights + 3 meals/day the price is only 3.800.000 lei/person. Is a very good price, and the offered conditions are also good. Again, for the Romanian sea sight, in September, we have the Decebal hotel from Neptun.
For the external destinations, at this moment we have an exceptional offer to Paralia Katerini, to the Vila Mare del Sol hotel, for 14 €/night/person. We also offer the transport by bus for 56 € /person.
For this autumn we would like to promote the Egypt destination, which has begun to be more and more requested, also Dubai, where we have special prices, and some special offers for European weekends, where we got low hotel prices.

A.P.: The tourists can find our agency offers on our web site www.abtravel.ro , site that will be restructured and it will have a new interface starting September. For our hunting and fishing journeys the clients can visit the site www.romhunting.ro.
